jamaica : the aftermath
Perhaps I had too much fun in Jamaica or perhaps I didn't exercise enough caution when eating at roadside stands throughout the week. Maybe I should have taken a warning from the abundance of goats running around the streets and compared that to the abundance of goat on the menu. Either way, I got back to the States with an island bug and was sick for about a week. Once I got past that, I had a ton of work to look forward to, a mountain which I still haven't dug myself out from. Oh, and making time to scrap ice from my car. Gotta love that.
